Designed and developed online educational sites for the Ohio Nurses Foundation and the Ohio Department of Health. The sites provide Continuing Education Units to nurses successfully completing the courses and tests. The sites were developed in ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net and SQL Server using AuthorizeNet as the transactional gateway. Used a wide variety of development tools but concentrated on VB.Net, MS SQL Server, ASP.Net, ASP, PHP, C#, MySQL, Visual Studio.Net, MindManager, and MS Visio.

Worked in the Applications Development department as a Lead Developer and Software Architect. Applications developed include the Comtact Control system. A system that allowed a major fast food chain to monitor electrical usage and control HVAC, lighting and security systems of 1500 company owned restaurants through an internet interface. The system was written in Visual Basic 6 and made use of 3rd party smart circuit libraries to pass data to a SQL Server database. The data was compiled and compared to produce exception reports displayed using ASP. Commands can be sent to the circuits in the restaurants to allow remote control of the lighting, electrical appliances, HVAC and temperature settings, and the security system.
Another Application is the Athlete Zone website, developed for use by a local television station in its "Commit to be Fit" fitness campaign. Performed the application design and acted as the Lead Developer. The site was built using a template format developed with ASP.Net and with functionality coded into separate modules utilizing a combination of VB.Net and C# to allow for expansion and modification in the future. Tools used include MS Project, MS Visio, VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server with stored procedures, and 3rd party controls for dynamic PDF creation and graphical chart display.
